遂に参りました!!

Hello everybody~
it's been a while since i wrote here~
it was the final exam week last week so i had been little occupied with the test prep.
the week was physically and mentally challenging but now i feel more relieved that it's over (regardless of my performance^^;)
still there's one report that i have to send till wed. so~~~>_<;
after the test, i was busy meeting and having fun with my buddies~
today morning, lotta snow fell and it was all white looking out from my dorm(which is located at mountainside) it was so beautiful (though it was annoying to go outside)

anyways, on ari's question~
my winter vacation plan is to study for my diplomat exam~
i couldn't concentrate on this due to my school activity but finally i can focus more on this from now on... so i will be busy "studying" T_T but gambarimasu!

also, i will look forward to naoki's visit to korea late feb.
hope i can help him settle here if i have enough chance to do so~

i wonder how u guys are all doing
hope we can contact each other more actively thru this website or any other means(msn, skype, etc.)
i started watching "nodame cantabile" just for fun from today~
it seems interesting though i didn't see much yet;

hope to hear from all of you guys
Dong-In

About the session in this term.

Hi, everyone^^ I am Naoki.
It's already more than 3 weeks since the session was over.
I miss you...>_<

What is your impression about the session in this term?
Do you think that was successful or successful?

In my opinion, the session in general was successful in that we were able to do some of what we did not do and we could not do in the last session. For example, I am sure that the pre-studying meeting was of great help to make the quality of discussion better and deeper. Also, Having had a break during the session made it possible for us to keep our consentration. In addition, most of us tried to make more remarks than we did in the last session.

However, it is clear that there are still much room for improving the session. If I cite my favorite
phrase, Iwill say "the session still leaves much to be desired!" For example, although we had exchanged the materials used in the next session in advance therefore they must have known what kind of questions they would be asked, there were some members who made little remarks during the session. We need to reconsider the meaning of the pre-studying meeting. Also, I felt as if we were just saying what we thought and listenning to what the other side thought. I mean, the discussion sometimes seemed to be something different from discussion.

At any rate, the TV conference has just started. Let's make the next session better one together!

I am looking forward to participating in the next session from KU side.

또 만나서 이야기 많이 합시다!!

KU in Autumn 2

These are around the Central Square(中央広場).

As you can see from the first pic, there's like this underground facilty which KU students call 'Go-Ex'(naming after famous shopping multicomplex "Co-Ex" in downtown Seoul). There are convenient stores, a few restaurants, bookshop, study rooms(mostly...), some school administration offices where students could stop by to get the service they want. this underground structure connects all the buildings nearby so especially during winter and summer when it's too cold and hot, u can just move around without going outside(even when it's rainy^^)

3rd pic is the scene of the Headquarters and the Dept. of Literature building which are the symbols of KU.
4th pic is a part of the Main Gate and the sight of the Centennial Memorial building constructed in May 2005.
It's where students can study and use computers (there are lots of seats!!) and u can even see DVD movies. The top of the building is a garden where students rarely happen to go(at least me^^;;)

The color of KU is crimson red(similar to WU's). I don't know whether it's becoz of this but KU campus turns red in spring and fall. maybe the one who designed it had that kinda theme in mind in the first place. thus, in spring, KU's full of these red-colored flowers called chul-juk(철쭉) which is KU's school flower and in fall, full of red maple leaves.
